* bring your own objects, not too big, to be transformed into chocolate. This is often a destructive operation so you will not recover your items in original condition.

* bring clothes you can get dirty in

* if you like something else than dark chocolate, bring your own favorite brand. Also if you want to take your creations home, bring money to buy the material.

* if you want not only to watch but also temper chocolate yourself, you need a digital thermometer suitable for food, some bowls for bain marie will also be useful.
