Build a LED scroller that will be mounted in the space. It should be connected to both a mobile phone and an email account, displaying messages sent over SMS or email. Messages will be buffered when the space is closed and displayed once it opens up. The arrival of a message could be underlined by a buzzing sound or a flashing light.
