Here's the basic recipe . 250gr Butter are whipped to a smooth mass add 250gr sugar and 4 yellow of eggs, stir until smooth Now add 500gr of flour mixed with 1 packet of chemical yeast. Stir well and add milk until the mix becomes a smooth dough. Whirl the 4 white of eggs to a firm mass and carefully mix it under the dough to lighten it a bit.
