=Minutes= as Thierry (main organisator) is absent, it was rather a brainstorming than a real organisational meeting * Haxogreen 2014 from 31th july to 3th august (builtup from 28th) * Internet is beeing organized * Sim0n will organize VPN server * tents need to be moved out of the garage on monday (if possible) * order all drinks (and mate), benches/tables and cooling van at Boisson Heintz * need to order barbecue somewhere (perhaps NPU can get one) * need to deceide on ticket selling system (our own old system, or luxembourg-ticket.lu) * need to find sponsors * find someone to do the designs (Tatiana or maybe Thierry knows someone) * check if we still have lanyards from last time or if we use syn2cat lanyards * check for msic setup for the bar * bring our earplugs * bring more lights!!! * need FI and fuses for datenklo * check for power distribution (last time rented from LUS), check with Scouts and Soundselection (Thierry) * apparently nocpool no longer exists * we need to buy new access ponts and small switches for hackcenter * send mail to all previous attendees * send flyers and posters to other hackserspaces * include attendees in staff tasks/buildup * check what professional toilet and shower cleaning would cost
