For the Christmas Market 2011 in Strassen we are going to sell cookies inspired from some classic video video games.

Realization
Create batter
use shortbread (pâte brisée, Mürbeteig)
Cut forms
Tetris: A simple Z shaped wedge is enough, all other cuts can be done with a straight line. First the flat batter is devised into squares, then cut.
Pacman: use a glass to cut a circle, cut out a pizza slice style part. Add a tine chocolate piece for the eye. Later a cut-out form for the pacman was created and also a form for creating the ghosts.
Space Invader: next time maybe
Bake
6 minutes at 200°C on middle shelf with hot air.
Decorate
Using food colors, with the 3 base colors red, blue and yellow. Mix into sugar cover and apply on top of cookie.
Package
Put 2 pieces of each tetris and one pacman into bag. That's 15 cookies.
Two stickers. Front with picture of the games and our logo. Back side has ingredients and this QR code
Sell
Create poster to hang on the booth. Price will probably be 2.99€
