Real Life meeting to organize the crew for Haxogreen 2014

as Thierry (main organisator) is absent, it was rather a brainstorming than a real organisational meeting
- Haxogreen 2014 from 31th july to 3th august (builtup from 28th)
- Internet is beeing organized
- Sim0n will organize VPN server
- tents need to be moved out of the garage on monday (if possible)
- order all drinks (and mate), benches/tables and cooling van at Boisson Heintz
- need to order barbecue somewhere (perhaps NPU can get one)
- need to deceide on ticket selling system (our own old system, or luxembourg-ticket.lu)
- need to find sponsors
- find someone to do the designs (Tatiana or maybe Thierry knows someone)
- check if we still have lanyards from last time or if we use syn2cat lanyards
