Etiquette

• No items can be added to a schedule once the meeting has begun.
• If midnight before meeting, the topics is empty, there will be no meeting. Sorry
• A meeting can't last any longer than 4 hours (a 30min pause will be made after 2h)
• People should sign the topics they added using ~~~~.
• Topics will only be discussed if their authors are present at the meeting.

Results of the polls from the science festival

• We got noted from 5 teachers on the quality of our presentation. 1=best, 6=worst.
  • Approche pédagogique: 3, 3, 1, 2, 1

  • Elèves ont aimé: 2, 2, 1, 2, 1
• Final payment for the cornstarch experiments was recieved

Researcher's Days 7&8 nov 2014 carrés rotondes

• Can be a booth or a talk at the science cafe

• Our general idea is to present the hackerspace

Haxogreen progress 31 july - 3 august

• need people helping for preparation
• professional cleaning for showers
• participants can give a helping hand
• internet access is in progress
• GSM still needs paperwork
• network: NOCpool vanished. Will use our own equipment.
• need: build power distribution for 380 to 220V
• don't forget the AC for the NOC
• still waiting for reaction from dudelange

• limited number of campervans allowed (like about 3)
