An attack-defense tree is an method how to model attack and their countermeasures. These trees are on one hand used to illustrate, for example to stakeholders how the attack can be performed or provide to security engineers a more realistic insight. On the other hand one can evaluate these to find out e.g. what costs are involved in the attack an so on. The presentation will take around 35 minutes followed by a discussion afterwards (+/- 15 min ).
