I found that magazine at the Fellner Art Book store yesterday and it seems to be of a very decent quality. It has a rather extensive section on e-music , but the newMediaArt and hacktivism sections aren't bad either.
If you don't mind the sometimes slippery English, this magazine has news, reports on current topics, reviews on music, books and exhibitions, interviews and so on.
