For the Christmas Market 2011 in Strassen we are going to sell cookies inspired from some classic video video games.

Ideas

use shortbread (pâte brisée, Mürbeteig)

Tetris: A simple Z shaped wedge is enough, all other cuts can be done with a straight line. First the flat batter is devised into squares, then cut.

Pacman: use a glass to cut a circle, cut out a pizza slice style part. Add a tine chocolate piece for the eye.

6 minutes at 200°C on middle shelf with hot air.

Using food colors, with the 3 base colors red, blue and yellow. Mix into sugar cover and apply on top of cookie.
