How to get there?
Train connections to Brussels are actually very good, the other option would be the car, though less environmentally friendly. ;)
Where to sleep?
A cheap, but clean motel / hotel should make it for 1 or 2 nights. Or may be even an apartment, if there are enough people to attend and have no fears to share it between 4 or 5 nerds.
