JStor included in IEEE
Is jstor included in ieee? Jstor access 'd be great
- I agree, I think metalib has most IEEE journals but not JSTOR, which is a shame. Having said that, many of the journals in JSTOR overlap with those in the 8 databases that metalib is subscribed to. --Tschew 13:24, 2 November 2009 (UTC)
- I was under the impression that metalib was only a search engine?! (at least that's what it is here: https://metalib.uibk.ac.at/) --kwisatz 20:41, 2 November 2009 (UTC)
- oh yes yes, but I'm referring specifically to BNL's metalib, which provides access and authentication to 8 databases of scholarly work --Tschew 21:20, 2 November 2009 (UTC)

Entertainment items
I do not think that Hackerspace should buy items that are only for entertainment. For this reason we should NOT buy:
- Pinball game
- Pool billiard table
- Boardgames
The club is for creativity, learning and development, not for passing time. A pinball game would only be of interest if it was for taking apart and change the game with new bouncers and detectors. A better idea would be to actually construct a pinball game from scratch. For entertainment I suggest a LAN game. --Rif 23:01, 30 November 2009 (CET)
