- Create an info-folder (see metalab) and talk to politicians and other influential people (in progress)
- Assemble text
- Create layout (graphics, lyx?!)
- Grep VIP's Addresses
- Package and ship
- Wait 1 or 2 days, then call and talk to the people
- Decide on a name!
- Create a promotional flyer to distribute in places listed in section Promotion
- Get a location and infrastructure
