Extraordinary General Assembly 2025 for voting our new statutes in order to be compliant with the new regulations.

Preparations

Meeting with member has happened before today's meeting (17 June 2025) and it was agreed with the office to proceed with the expelling of the member.

14:02 Start of the Meeting 8 members present, with 4 online and none by proxy. 11 voting members in total as Foxy only joined very recently.

• Meeting happened with University of Luxembourg (Kirchberg), while there is interest, there are no updates on this as of this moment.
