In accordance with §13 [#Notes|0] of our statutes, you are hereby being formally invited to participate in an extraordinary General Assembly which will take place

on November 1st 2009 at the Hackerspace in 11, rue du Cimetière in Strassen, Luxembourg

Will have an active right to vote only those who have paid their membership fees

1. Welcome by the administrative council
2. Presentation of the changes to the statutes
3. Vote of the changes
4. Misc.

Suggested changes to the statutes

[0] Art. 13. L'Assemblée Générale se rassemble au moins une fois par année en date et au lieu fixé par la convocation. La convocation, émise par le Conseil d'Administration, est faite par écrit avec un préavis de deux semaines au moins et comporte l'ordre du jour. Il est loisible aux membres de se faire représenter par un autre membre dûment mandaté. Chaque membre ne peut représenter tout au plus qu'un autre membre.
