Prerequisites for participating in the workshop * bring your own objects, not too big, to be transformed into chocolate. This is often a destructive operation so you will not recover your items in original condition. * bring clothes you can get dirty in * if you like something else than dark chocolate, bring your own favorite brand. Also if you want to take your creations home, bring money to buy the material. * if you want not only to watch but also temper chocolate yourself, you need a digital thermometer suitable for food, some bowls for bain marie will also be useful. What will happen at the workshop * mold creation ** create a matrix from original objects ** preparing complete setup for silicone casting ** mix and pour silicone ** clean up resulting molds ** tidying the workspace * chocolate casting ** clean molds ** tempering chocolate (theory and practice) ** casting objects ** unmolding the chocolate ** packaging objects ** cleaning the kitchen * taste a KEYBITE (yummy)
