- The date was fixed by office on 15th November 2022
- The meeting will be online, and on site for those who wish. The virtual meeting room will be using BigBlueButton (bbb).

Some items need to be done before the assembly
- prepare voting sheets and result sheets (this may not be necessary as we are going to use the online voting facility of bbb)
- candidates have to do their candidature before start of GA
- reserve a room (meaning: create the bbb room)
Usually food is on the agenda, but we should preferably eat before at home.
