- The date was decided on office meeting on the 22th June 2016.

Some items need to be done before the assembly
- prepare voting sheets and result sheets
- reserve a room

- confirm the administrative council's decision to exclude a member from syn2cat a.s.b.l.
- confirm the consultancy of a lawyer to defend the association in case of claim of damages
- decide on measures to prevent future thefts
- election of a new office
