Introduction

• The date was decided on office meeting on the 22th June 2016.

Preparations

Some items need to be done before the assembly

• prepare voting sheets and result sheets
• reserve a room

Agenda

• confirm the administrative council's decision to exclude a member from syn2cat a.s.b.l.
• confirm the consultancy of a lawyer to defend the association in case of claim of damages
• decide on measures to prevent future thefts
• election of a new office

Candidates

To be candidate, you have to send an email to office@hackerspace.lu indicating if you want to be President, Vice-President, Treasurer or office member.

Vote delegations
