• No items can be added to a schedule once the meeting has begun.
• If midnight before meeting, the topics is empty, there will be no meeting. Sorry
• A meeting can't last any longer than 4 hours (a 30min pause will be made after 2h)

• Topics will only be discussed if their authors are present at the meeting.

  • Vice president cannot be elected without a general assembly. So he will stay member until next normal GA

• Haxogreen a.s.b.l. sponsoring
  • Proposed to ask for platinum sponsorship (2048€) of next haxogreen to get the asbl started.
  • Storage: all items dedicated for haxogreen will leave Level2 and be stocked by haxogreen.asbl
