The Society of Radio Amateurs in Luxembourg meet every first Wednesday of the month in Peppange:

Musée Rural - Baueremusee 38, rue de Crauthem L-3390 Peppange

The place has Internet and it will be a Social gathering of Tech interested people and a lot of "analog" type peeps.

There will be food so we are all well kept.
